Used for a variety of chicken dishes and sauces. 25g of seasoning is enough for 1.5kg of chicken meat. For baking, rub the seasoning over the chicken meat and leave it to marinate for 45-60 minutes. When braising, add the seasoning to taste 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
