Matnakash pita is a traditional Armenian bread, a thick oval cake with a golden-brown crust and a porous crumb. It has been baked for 6,000 years, but traditions and technologies are used invariably to this day. It can be stored for several days, and to restore freshness just sprinkle with water and warm up.
