According to legend, this tea was brought by a young Dutchman from a merchant dynasty - Gizona. Named after him, the Young Hyson class became popular in England in the 19th century. Hyleys offers Young Hyson Elite Unfermented Large Leaf Tea. It is grown in the highlands of the Pussellava region of Ceylon and the Chinese province of Hunan. The product is made according to the ancient Chinese technology of heating tea leaves. Fragrant and transparent, it is a light green colored variety with a harmonious bouquet. It is good for relieving fatigue and quenching thirst.
