Defrosting instructions: Remove the packaging completely. Let it thaw at room temperature for about 5 hours or reheat in a heated oven with top/bottom heat (t 180°C)/convection (t 150°C) for about 25 minutes and leave to cool for 15 minutes or reheat in a microwave oven at 270W for 15 minutes and then leave to cool for 15 minutes.
